ICAI CA Results 2025 Declared ~ The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) has officially declared the results of CA May 2025 Exam today (July 6) with results for all the three stages — Foundation, Intermediate and Final — being declared simultaneously.

Candidates who have appeared for the exams can now check it through the official website icai.nic.in.

ICAI also released the list of toppers for the three stages — foundation, intermediate and final — with Rajan Kabra achieving the All-India Rank (AIR) 1 in CA Finals May Exams.

On the other hand, Disha Ashish Gokhru topped the CA intermediate examinations while Vrinda Agarwal was adjudged topper of the Foundation level.

To check one’s scorecards, candidates should keep their registration number, date of birth, and captcha code ready.

ICAI CA Results 2025: Number of students passed and pass percentage

In the CA Foundation May 2025 exam, a total of 108,187 candidates appeared for Group 1, out of which 15,332 passed; the pass percentage being 14.17%. For Group 2, 80,368 candidates appeared, while 17,813 passed with the pass percentage being 22.16%. In the case of candidates who appeared for both groups, 48,261 students took the exam out of which 6,781 passed with a pass percentage of 14.05%.

In the CA Intermediate May 2025 exam, 97,034 candidates appeared for the exam in Group I out of which 14,232 passed, the pass percentage being 14.67%. In Group II, 72,069 candidates appeared in the exam, and 15,502 cleared with a pass percentage of 21.51%. 38,029 candidates appeared in the exams in both groups and 5,028 qualified registering a pass percentage of 13.22%.

On the other hand, in the CA Final May 2025 examination, 66,943 candidates appeared in Group 1 of which 14,979 passed with a pass percentage of 22.38%. In Group 2, 46,173 candidates appeared and 12,204 cleared the examinatiom with a pass percentage of 26.43%. 29,286 candidates took the exam in both groups and 5,490 passed, with the pass percentage being 18.75%.

14,247 candidates have qualified to become Chartered Accountants after clearing the CA exams.
