GUWAHATI, Oct 19 - The negligent and apathetic attitude of the Guwahati Municipal Corporation (GMC) towards repairing a leaking water supply pipe on the newly constructed Government Press Road in Bamunimaidam locality of the city has attracted the ire of the residents.
