Tarun Gogoi admitted to GMCH after testing Covid-19 positive

Guwahati: Former Assam Chief Minister Tarun Gogoi had tested positive for Coronavirus on August 26. Later in the day, the 86-year-old was admitted to GMCH. AIUDF chief Badruddin Ajmal and minister Himanta Biswa Sarma have wished for his speedy recovery.

“Wishing you a speedy recovery Gogoi Sahab. My heartfelt prayers and wishes for your good health,” tweeted Badruddin Ajmal.
