Diphu: COVID-19 +ve woman gives birth to boy

A coronavirus positive woman on Monday gave birth to a baby boy at Diphu Medical College and Hospital (DMCH).

Both the mother and the son are stable. Results are yet to be revealed if the baby boy has detected the disease too.

On July 23, the pregnant woman was tested positive for COVID-19. She was immediately admitted to the DMCH Old Block that has been converted into a COVID-19 hospital.
